Composition

The Management Committee consists of the President, the Vice-President, and thirteen (13) elected members who are elected during the private sitting of the Congress, one of each region and one Councilor of each Part 1 Municipality and the Chief Executive Officer:

• Provided that the President, Vice-President and at least eight (8) other elected members shall be Councilors
• provided further that every region shall have at least one member; provided further that the members be elected from those nominated by the regions referred to above during the private sitting
• provided further that for purposes hereof ?region? shall mean a region specified in column 2 of the Schedule to the Regional Councils Act 1992
